HOW TO ENTER No purchase necessary. You are automatically entered into the sweepstakes when you access the giveaway at www.viviano.com and complete and transmit the on-screen entry form by 11:59 PM EST on DECEMBER 20, 2009. Limit one entry per individual. Entries received from software that automatically generates multiple registrations will be disqualified. Not responsible for transmission and/or computer errors and entries that are late, lost or misdirected. Viviano Flower Shop reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the giveaway without prior notice. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries reveived.

ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted. Employees of Viviano Flower Shop, Inc., Internet Broadcasting Systems, their related and affiliated companies and advertising and promotional agencies and entities involved in the implementation and production of the sweepstakes and their immediate families "(spouses and parents, siblings, children and spouses)" and persons who reside in the same household are not eligible.

DRAWING A random drawing will be held on or about DECEMBER 21, 2009 to select the winner.

NOTIFICATION The prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone call.

GENERAL By entering the sweepstakes each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Viviano Flower Shop, Inc. and Co-Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) that Internet Broadcasting Systems, Viviano Flower Shop, Inc. and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person, including death, or property due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this sweepstakes; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winner agrees to allow use by Viviano Flower Shop, Inc. of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. All material submitted becomes the property of Viviano Flower Shop, Inc. and will not be returned. Viviano Flower Shop, Inc., Internet Broadcasting Systems, Comcast and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes material or for any computer, software, Internet website or electronic defect, error or failure relative to any aspect of the sweepstakes regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Viviano Flower Shop, Inc. corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Viviano Flower Shop, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes and will post notice thereof on www.viviano.com. In the event of cancellation or termination, the prize will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries legitimately received prior to the event causing such cancellation or termination. If prize becomes unavailable, a similar prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to join our e-mail list.
