How do I begin?
Come to any Viviano Flower Shop store, call (800) VIVIANO,
or visit our website at www.viviano.com and complete the
sign-up form; we will then mail your Bloom Rewards card to
you. When you receive your Bloom Rewards card you can begin
using it!
Some accounts, businesses, and individual purchases are
excluded from the program; among them are employees of
Viviano Flower Shop, trade accounts, wholesale accounts, and
any participant in an existing corporate discount program
with us.
How does Bloom Rewards work for me?
Every dollar spent on merchandise is a point earned. Use your Viviano’s
Bloom Rewards card every time you make a purchase in-store and online.
Points are accumulated for whole dollars; for example, a $29.95 purchase
receives 29 points. Whenever your balance reaches 250 points, you
receive a $10 Bloom Rewards Certificate by mail or e-mail! Rewards
Certificates are issued quarterly, generally within 60 business days of
your last qualified purchase. Treat your rewards Certificate like any
Viviano’s coupon or discount. You can even use them on the website.
Please note: it may take up to 48 hours after the certificate is issued
for the discount to be available for use on the website.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points on all merchandise purchased in-store at Viviano
Flower Shop, by phone, and online at www.viviano.com. Points cannot be
earned on sales tax, delivery charges, Reward Certificate redemptions,
purchases made prior to joining, gift cards, and returned merchandise;
points also cannot be earned for service items including sales tax,
shipping, gift certificates, and gift wrap.
What happens when I have more than 250 points? For instance, if I
have 600 points, what will be the amount of my Rewards Certificate?
If you have 600 points, you will receive a $20 Viviano’s Bloom Rewards
Certificate, since the 250-point minimum was reached twice. The
remaining 100 points will roll over toward your next reward.
My Rewards Certificate expired before I could use it. Will you still
honor it?
Your Viviano’s Bloom Rewards Certificate is only valid through the
expiration date listed on the Certificate. We are unable to honor
expired Rewards Certificates.
I lost my Viviano Blooms Rewards Certificate. Can I get a
replacement?
No, we regret that we are unable to replace lost Viviano’s Bloom Rewards
Certificates.
How do I check my Viviano’s Bloom Rewards point
balance?
You can ask your salesperson to check your points balance
when you place an order, or check online by visiting our
website, www.viviano.com, and click on My Account. Log in,
or register to log in, to see your points balance. You can
view points earned to date, points redeemed for gift
Certificates, and your current points balance. Note: it may
take up to 48 hours for your most recent rewards points
earned to display on the site.
What if I forgot my Viviano’s Bloom Rewards Card?
If your card number was not entered in-store, you may still
add a purchase to your Viviano’s Bloom Rewards balance
within 90 days of your original transaction. Log in to your
personal account and click on Bloom Rewards Credit to add a
purchase. Bloom Rewards points may also be added to your
account at the register after the original transaction at
select locations. See your store for details. Always keep
your receipts for verification in the event of a
discrepancy.
When I return an item, will the amount be deducted
from my Rose Awards point balance? Also, what will I receive
for my return?
Yes, you receive points only for items purchased and not
returned. Please present your Bloom Rewards card at the time
of the return. If you exchange the item for one of the exact
same type, you will receive an even exchange. If you return
the item for a refund, you will receive the amount you paid
out-of-pocket for the item after your Rewards Certificate
discount. If you purchased several items using your Rewards
Certificate, your refund will reflect what you paid
out-of-pocket for each particular item you wish to return.
I lost my Bloom Rewards card. How can I get another?
If you’ve lost your Viviano’s Bloom Rewards card, you will
need to fill out a new sign-up form. You can do so the next
time you visit one of our stores or you can do so by
visiting the Bloom Rewards page online at viviano.com.
Complete the form using the same first name, last name and
address as your original account; check the replacement card
box. Turn in your enrollment form to a Viviano Flower Shop
associate at the register or mail it to Viviano Flower Shop,
32050 Harper Ave, Saint Clair Shores, MI, 48082 or email the
form to customer_service@viviano.com and a new card will be
mailed to you.
If I have more than one card, how does that affect my
points?
If you have multiple Viviano’s Bloom Rewards cards, we will
automatically combine your points and accounts that are
under the same first name, last name and address. If they
are not under the exact same names and address, however, our
computer program cannot automatically combine them. You will
need to contact us to request this combination.
Will my points ever expire?
Yes, all point balances will be reset to zero if there has
been no activity on the account for 12 months.
