Official Rules:
Viviano’s Bloom Rewards Program (hereinafter referred to as
the Program) participation and its benefits are offered at
the sole discretion of Viviano Flower Shop, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as Viviano Flower Shop). At its
sole discretion, Viviano Flower Shop has the right to
modify, add or delete any of the Program rules, terms,
conditions, benefits or rewards, in whole or in part, at any
time, with or without notice, even though such changes may
affect the value of points already accumulated the value of
the rewards and/or the time for redemption.
You must present your Bloom Rewards Card or give your
Rewards Card number with every purchase to ensure accurate
tracking of points. In the event of any discrepancies, you
may add the purchase to your account within 90 days of your
original transaction by visiting
www.viviano.com/bloom_rewards. Points for verified
purchases will be added to your account within 15-25 days.
Accounts under the same name and address will automatically
be combined.
You will receive a Bloom Rewards Certificate by mail
within 60 days after you reach the minimum point threshold
as defined in the Program. Points will not be earned on
sales tax, reward redemptions, prior purchases, gift cards,
deliver charges or returned merchandise. As noted above,
Viviano Flower Shop may change the point minimum at any time
without prior notification.
Bloom Rewards Certificates (i) can be redeemed for
merchandise only as offered by Viviano Flower Shop, (ii)
must be used in their entirety at the time of purchase and
(iii) may not be redeemed for gift cards, store credit,
select products, or service items. Rewards Certificates have
no cash value and cash will not be paid for unused portions
of the Rewards Certificates. Merchandise purchased with a
Rewards Certificate may be exchanged for merchandise only.
Rewards Certificates are not transferable and Viviano Flower
Shop reserves the right to limit the time within which you
may redeem Rewards Certificates.
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may
continue until such time as Viviano Flower Shop, in its sole
discretion, elects to designate a Program termination date.
Viviano Flower Shop has the right to end the Program at any
time without providing written notice to you. If the reward
points have not been converted to Reward Certificates for a
twelve month period, the points will automatically expire.
Modification of these terms and conditions may only be
made in writing by an authorized representative of Viviano
Flower Shop, Inc. All interpretations of Program terms and
conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Viviano Flower
Shop and such interpretations are binding on you.
You are responsible for notifying Viviano Flower Shop of
any changes of address. Viviano Flower Shop is not
responsible for Rewards Certificates which are lost, delayed
or misdirected in the mail or otherwise during transit.
Program points and Rewards Certificates may be subject to
federal, state, or other taxes; such taxes are your sole
responsibility.
Participants must be at least 16 years of age and must
have a United States or Canadian address. Employees of
Viviano Flower Shop are excluded from participation in the
Program. Moreover, individuals, businesses or other entities
that already participate in a Viviano Flower Shop discount
program are ineligible for participation in the Program.
Participation in the Program is void if prohibited by law in
the jurisdiction in which the prospective participant
resides. If in any particular state the Program or Viviano
Flower Shop has to apply for any special license, bonding,
permit or other governmental regulatory approval, the
Program will be void in that particular state.
The Viviano Flower Shop Privacy Policy is in effect for
