This can serve as a tool to prompt your conversation with your consultant. It will let the consultant know what is important to you in the presentation of your event, and it will help you make the most of your time during your discussion.

Things to consider:

	What are the date, time and location of your event?
	Are there any restrictions regarding the delivery and display of flowers and decorations at the facility?
	What is the overall effect you would like your decoration to have?
	Is there a specific theme for the event?
	Is there a color palette you would like to work in?
	Is there a corporate logo or image to be projected?
	What kind of mood do you want to set? (Casual, elegant, festive, professional, etc.)
	How many people will be attending your event?
	Will they be seated at tables? If yes, then what are the table sizes and how many will there be?
	What other tables will be in the room? If yes, how many? (Cocktail tables, food service tables, registration tables, presentation tables, etc.)
	What are the physical dimensions of the room or rooms where the event is being held?
	Is there a stage or speaker's podium that needs decorative accents?
	Are there any product displays or special focal points in the room?
	Are there any other elements to the room that need to be decorated? (Entrance and exit points, support columns, lighting or speaker stands, empty walls, etc.)
	When can we arrive to do the set ups?
	How long are the decorations needed?
