Here are the contest rules. You must agree and accept
the rules before entering the contest.
- How to enter. No purchase necessary. To
enter the contest complete and submit the electronic
form including all pertinent information, especially
the answer to the question. All entries must be received
by noon on the day prior to the last day of each month.
A new question will be posted on or about the 1st
of each month. Limit one entry per person per month.
The contest will expire December 31st, 2002. By entering
and participating, entrants consent to the use of
their names and likenesses without additional compensation,
except where prohibited by law.
- How to win. The contest is a random drawing unless otherwise
specified in the description of the contest. A random drawing will be held
on a normal business day on or about the last day
of each month from all correct entries received. Drawings
will be conducted by Viviano Flower Shop staff whose
decisions are final.
- Prizes. Prizes to be given away and the approximate
retail value (ARV) of the prizes are: one (1) top
prize consisting of a Viviano Flower Shop sweatshirt
and a $50.00 Viviano Flower Shop Gift Certificate
(Total ARV: $75.00); five (5) second prizes consisting
of a Viviano Flower Shop sweatshirt and a $20.00 Viviano
Flower Shop Gift Certificate (Total ARV: $45.00 ea.);
ten (10) third prizes consisting of a $10.00 Viviano
Flower Shop Gift Certificate (Total ARV: $10.00 ea.).
The Viviano Flower Shop Gift Certificates are only
redeemable at Viviano Flower Shop, Inc.
- Odds. The odds of winning depend on the number
of correct entries received.
- Redemption. Winners will be notified by mail
following the drawing held at or about the last day
of each month with instructions on how to claim their
prize directly from Viviano Flower Shop. The first
place prize winner will be posted on the Viviano web
site following the end of each month. Neither Viviano
Flower Shop, Inc., Xpressions Interactive Inc., nor
any other co-sponsors of this promotion nor their
advertising or marketing agencies are responsible
for any late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, lost,
and/or misdirected entries. All entry information
becomes the property of Viviano Flower Shop, Inc.
no cash alternative or substitution of any prize may
be offered except at the option of Viviano Flower
Shop, Inc. for a prize of equal or lesser value unless
otherwise stated.
- The contest is open to all residents of the U.S.
and U.S. Military Installations, except employees
and their families of Viviano Flower Shop, Inc., Xpressions
Interactive Inc., their parent companies, subsidiaries,
affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies
directly involved with this promotion. Void where
prohibited or restricted and subject to all federal,
state and local laws and regulations.
- Viviano Flower Shop, Xpressions Interactive Inc.
and other co-sponsors of this promotion, including
their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion
agencies, or employees thereof are not liable whatsoever
for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, caused
by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession
or use of any prize.
- By entering and participating, entrants agree to
the official rules and decisions of the official judges
and sponsors which shall be final in all respects.
- All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are
the sole responsibility of the prize winners.
