Dear Patrons and Friends,
We continue to deliver a bit of sunshine and comfort to those who need it, especially those who are grieving the loss of someone dear to them. We have heard directly from you how uplifting and meaningful it is to know that a friend, colleague, or family member has reached out to you in compassion and solidarity at this time. These moments of personal connection, which are maintained through the sending and receiving of flowers, have increased in value due to the severe limitations placed on all other means of connection.
Social distancing requirements to protect the health of our staff may somewhat limit our full efficiency and ability to deliver as expansively as we have done in the past, yet we are thoughtfully meeting these challenges with creativity and good will. We continue to be accommodating and responsive to your needs while gradually and safely increasing our available staff levels both remotely and on-site, and following all of the safety guidelines provided by the CDC.
We are gladly able to safely create and deliver floral gifts! Our drivers are performing no-contact deliveries to homes, most businesses, and funeral homes. We are making deliveries to most hospitals at this time, delivered to a main desk for the hospital staff to distribute to the patient or employee as they are able (time cannot be guaranteed). Cut-off times may be earlier than usual, and we thank you for your understanding as we respond to changing circumstances.
Please provide your recipient's phone number so that we can alert them that a package has been dropped off on their porch or by their door. Deliveries to businesses will also be placed outside by the door whenever possible, or brought to a reception desk if the business prefers.
Offering in-store and curbside pickup: St. Clair Shores (front), Shelby, Chesterfield, Grosse Pointe Woods (back), and Rochester (back)! For curbside service, please call us when you arrive so we can bring your order to you.
Stores open to the public*. We have planned and are practicing extensive safety measures for everyone's benefit. Please wear a mask and practice courteous social distancing. Number of visitors is limited, registers have sneeze shields, and counters are frequently sanitized. Doors, handles, and display areas are routinely cleaned. *Our Grosse Pointe Woods store was temporarily closed 12/8-12/29/2020 to conserve staffing and resources.
Flower colors and varieties may vary from the pictures due to availability impacted by diminished demand and its effect on floral supply chains worldwide. Your gift will always be beautiful, fresh, and in keeping with the overall style and color palette of the design selected. Our sales associates are also glad to discuss options with you and make helpful recommendations based on what we have in stock. During the main growing seasons, we are delighted to source some of our flowers directly from local Michigan farm growers, providing much-needed support to these other small independent businesses.
