We expect most varieties of cut flowers to remain fresh and lovely for you for at least 5 days. Please contact us with any concerns within 7 days for a considerate resolution. Resolution may entail refreshment, replacement, or a gift card.
Plants that fail to thrive may be replaced: blooming plants within 10 days of purchase, and green plants within 15 days of purchase. If your plant or garden arrangement does not thrive within that time period, please call (800) VIVIANO (848-4266) or email email@example.com as soon as possible. We will replace the affected plant or the entire garden if needed. Variety substitutions or a gift card may be necessary in some cases according to availability.
Non-perishable merchandise unaltered from when it was sold may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase with the receipt for a gift card or store credit.
Merchandise with a gift receipt will be issued a store credit.
Clearance merchandise is considered a final sale, with no returns.
Merchandise with an expiration date, such as candy, cookies, or personal care items, can be returned in its sealed original condition within 7 days of purchase. Food items will not be re-sold due to health and safety considerations.
